Thursday, December 6: Remaining Balance of $400 Due (Total Cost: $500)

Thursday, December 6: Child protection documents processed for all adults and mentors

Thursday, December 6:  "EVERYONE" Mandatory Meeting for ALL participants (youth, adults, seminarians, and mentors) 6:30 - 8:00 pm.  Held at Catholic Life Center.

Saturday, January 12, 2013: 8:30am Mandatory Final Prep Meeting for Adult Group Leaders (Chaperone helpers are also welcome) - Held at St. Michael High School Cafeteria - 17521 Monitor Ave.  Baton Rouge, LA 70817

Monday, January 21: Buses depart Monday Morning!

Saturday, January 26: Arrive back in Baton Rouge early in the evening (God willing!).
